Password reset guide

If you’ve forgotten your Crocus Account password, don’t worry, we’ve put together this handy step by step guide so you can quickly access your account again and enjoy all it’s benefits.

step one

1. On the Account Login page click ‘Forgotten password'.

2. Enter the email address associated with your account and click 'Email link'. It can take up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive.

3. In your email inbox, open the email from Crocus Club with the subject ‘Your Crocus password reset link’. You may need to check your junk mail. In the email, click ‘Reset my password’.

4. Enter the same email address you used previously and your new password. The new password can’t be the same as one you've used before and must be at least 6 characters with at least 1 letter and 1 number. Then confirm password and click 'Reset my password'.

step five

5. Return to the Account Login page and enter your new password to sign-in.

6. Remember, you can quickly get to the Account Login page at any time by click on the icon at the top of the page.
